Handheld Fabric Fan

Colorful hand fan handmade in Rwanda.  Consists of a diverse set of colors created by sewing pieces of different fabric together.  Elastic piece on bottom securely holds fan open or closed.

Please note that because each is handmade they are unique.  Color schemes however are similar.
