November 2026 Pilgrimage with Immaculée in Rwanda -

*TENTATIVE dates *November 22 - December 2, 2026

Join Immaculée in experiencing the blessings and beauty of Kibeho, Rwanda.  This rural community is the site of the only Vatican-approved Marian apparition site on the African continent. Nestled in the hills of Rwanda, this pristine and serene location is unlike any other place of worship on Earth.

In addition to spending multiple days in Kibeho, Immaculée arranges other spiritual, historical, and cultural experiences only a Rwandan can provide.  This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Day 1: DEPARTURES (Sunday, November 22, 2026)

Departures from North America

Day 2: ARRIVE RWANDA (Monday, Nov. 23)

Our Team will meet you in the Kigali Airport and transport you to Blue Veil Villa-Kigali, a four-star, freshly remodeled boutique hotel and pilgrimage center. This facility is located within one of the nicest neighborhoods in the capital. After settling into your guest room, pilgrims are welcome to join Immaculée for a late dinner and fellowship.

Day 3: KIGALI (Tuesday, Nov. 24)

Each morning starts with Mass and Rosary prayer, followed by breakfast. Immaculée begins your first morning with an overview of the pilgrimage activities, followed by group discussions and prayer. After lunch, we tour Kigali and visit Rwanda's National Genocide Memorial. Our day concludes with dinner, an evening discussion, and prayer.

Days 4-8: KIBEHO (Wednesday-Sunday, Nov. 25-29)

Morning departure for Kibeho: During our scenic ride to Kibeho, enjoy the sights of Rwandan life. Immaculée will highlight the historical and cultural points of interest we witness during our travel through the heart of Rwanda. After checking into the newly constructed Blue Veil Villa-Kibeho, we will have lunch and begin our first day in this remote community nestled into the scenic hills of Rwanda. While in Kibeho, we will pray at the Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows, attend daily Mass, participate in daily group discussion and enjoy the many blessings of this serene community.

The highlight of our time in Kibeho will be celebrating the Feast of Our Lady of Kibeho on November 28 with thousands of Rwandan pilgrims. We will witness the appearance of Our Lady that occurs every year on this day in Kibeho. We will also take a day trip to Nyanza the home of the King's Palace and the National Museum in Hoye. These visits will provide a profound glimpse into Rwanda's rich cultural heritage. We return to Kigali following lunch on Day 8.

Day 9: KIGALI (Monday, Nov. 30)

After our morning pilgrimage activity, we will travel just outside the city to tour a local coffee plantation, a critical piece of Rwanda's history, culture, and economy. We finish our city tour with a shopping trip in Kigali's downtown markets. In addition to being a wonderful cultural experience, these markets provide an opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind Rwandan items. After returning to the hotel, we will have a special, final dinner together to celebrate our Lady of Kibeho and our shared Rwandan experience.

Day 10: DEPART RWANDA (Tuesday, Dec. 1)

We conclude our pilgrimage with discussion, prayers, and final reflections. The afternoon is open for packing, relaxing,  and goodbyes. After an early dinner, we depart for the airport.

Day 11: ARRIVE HOME (Wednesday, December 2, 2026)

Afternoon arrivals back in North America.

What you cover in your shipping policy and how you communicate it will be highly dependent on your current business operations and supply chain. The goal is to be transparent with customers.

As 2020 brings unforeseen shipping delays and increased carrier costs, it's more important than ever to keep your shipping policy up to date with the following key points in mind:

  • Essential shipping details are easy to find. While it is common practice to keep a link to your shipping policy page in the footer of your website, consider how you can also surface important shipping details in the right place at the right time (e.g. on your product page or website banner).
  • Clear and concise presentation. Don’t make customers comb through your shipping policy page for the information they need. Whenever possible, make it easy to navigate with clear subheadings, tables, bolded text, and links to learn more.
  • Order processing times. After an order is placed, how many days will it take to get it ready to ship? It’s worth communicating if you’re excluding weekends and/or holidays, and if you have certain cutoff times for processing orders (e.g. orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day). If changes occur within your supply chain, due to peak periods or as a result of COVID-19, you should update your processing times to reflect it.
  • Domestic and international shipping options. What are the qualifying regions for your domestic shipping options? International shipping can be broken down in its own section where you list the countries you ship to and estimated delivery timelines. If you offer several shipping options, you can list them in a table so the information is easy to scan. Shipping costs. Break down your shipping costs for the customer. If you have a free shipping threshold, you can communicate in various places as an incentive for customers. Any potential surprise fees should be surfaced too, such as duties and taxes the customer may incur.
